Karen “Kae” Taylor is a leadership consultant, executive coach, facilitator, and strategist who helps individuals and organizations lead with clarity, humanity, and purpose. With experience across the nonprofit, corporate, healthcare, financial services, and public sectors, she specializes in leadership development, strategic planning, organizational culture, governance, and talent development.

Kae has led transformational initiatives focused on employee engagement, leadership growth, and culture building, and she is known for creating spaces where people feel seen, challenged, and empowered to grow. Her work blends strategic insight with empathy, authenticity, and a deeply human-centered approach to leadership.

Kae currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Hartford Public Library, helping guide one of the nation’s oldest public library systems through a period of strategic growth, community investment, and expanded public engagement.

She is the founder of Motherhood the Ministry, an initiative that explores motherhood as a powerful form of leadership development and human formation.

Kae has a B.A. in Educational Studies from Trinity College. She is a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach, a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and an engaged member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
